An urbanisation in San Miguel de Salinas, abandoned 14-years-ago could be brought to life, if the Town Hall approves plans submitted by a developer. Los Invernados was initially to have 1,80 homes before the original builder went bust and left the 700m2 of roads and streets to go to rack and ruin. An investment of at least 1.5 million euros is needed just to supply electricity to the area but building land near to the centre of the town is scarce and there is high demand for first homes and tourist apartments.
