Alicante Squatter Rescued

A passer-by who heard shouts for help and flagged down a police car, saved the life of a squatter in Alicante. The 46 year-old woman had fallen into the building’s basement water tank and was exhausted from the effort of keeping afloat. Officers followed her voice to a small opening of just one square-metre hidden under the staircase and were able to rescue her.
