Alicante to Host Inaugural Tortilla Conference

The first ever national Tortilla Conference is to be held in Alicante. Chefs, restaurateurs and media experts will enjoy demonstrations and tastings of Spain’s most iconic and world renowned dish. The conference will form part of Alicante Gastronomica to be held at the IFA exhibition centre in September.
