Anti-flooding Projects for Vega Baja

A budget of €840 million has been allocated to a five-year risk management plan to tackle flooding in the River Segura basin. A spokesman for the Ministry for Ecological Transition said that it will incorporate ‘natural solutions’ to flooding problems in the Vega Baja area the Mar Menor and Valle del Guadalentín in Murcia.
