Guardia Civil have arrested a gang of armed bank robbers, one of them on the AP7 in San Miguel. A further five people were arrested in Almoradi and Fortuna. The gang’s second robbery was a branch in Benijofar with the same MO as the first one in Murcia. The gang was led by a convict who had failed to return to prison whilst on a release permit.
