Attempted Murder Court Case

Two Almoradi men will face trial, one for attempted murder tomorrow, Tuesday 27th September, at the Provincial Court in Elche. The man is accused of the crime after he stabbed his flat-mate as they fought about house-sharing issues. The argument became physical with both men hitting and biting and ended with one attacking the other with a kitchen knife. The Prosecutor’s Office is requesting a seven-year prison sentence for the main defendant and for the other one year in prison for inflicting injuries.
