The Ministry for Public Works has lodged an appeal against the infrastructure plans for a controversial new housing estate on Cala Mosca – the last undeveloped piece of land on Orihuela’s coastline.
According to local opposition party Cambiemos, the Ministry is putting the project on hold whilst it investigates further.
