A survey carried out by property search portal Spain-Holiday has named Benidorm and Orihuela the most British towns in Spain. The survey ranked towns of more than 50,000 inhabitants based on the number of registered British nationals and the ratio of British restaurants, bars and shops per person.
Benidorm hit the top spot, followed by Orihuela, piping Costa del Sol hotspots such as Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Marbella to the post.
