A 62-year-old British man has been arrested for stabbing a 68-year-old Irish man to death in Benidorm, as around 45,000 people descended on the resort for the 25th anniversary of the annual Fancy Dress Party. The men are believed to have lived together in Rincon de Loiz where a violent argument led to both being stabbed. Paramedics managed to revive the older man, but he later died in hospital.
