Calls for Hospital Managers to Resign

The CCOO Union for the Department of Health at Torrevieja Hospital has said that the Emergency Services Department is completely overwhelmed, causing long waits of up to 18 hours. They claim the observation room has been at its maximum occupancy of 34 beds for more than a month and that there is a lack of doctors and medics across the department. The Union is, once again, requesting the dismissal of the management team for not taking effective measures.
