A carer who used money from her elderly clients to supplement her income has been arrested in Alicante. The 30-year-old was caught by the National Police after relatives became suspicious when two pieces of gold jewellery disappeared. Officers trawled local jewellers and discovered that the carer had sold or pawned more than 30 items in the past year.
