The Valencian Community had the most home sales per head of any Spanish region in 2021, with 11 deals per 1,000 people. When looking at re-sale property, Alicante Province is at the top of the list with 19 sales per 100,000.
Just over 79,740 homes were sold in the Valencian Community last year, with around 68,000 being re-sale properties.
