Measurements have been taken for Alicante’s Christmas nativity scene which could see the temporary structure make it’s way into the Guinness Book of Records.
Architect Juan Francisco Galván has been appointed by the local architectural college to document and measure the nativity scene that is due to be installed in the city centre on the 1st of December, with the hope that it will make an entry into the famous book.
If the measurements are correct – and are judged accurate by officials from the Guinness Book of Records – it will become the worlds largest collection of nativity scene figurines – a record currently held by Mexico.
