Two builders have been arrested in Elche, for conning homeowners out of 52,000 euros and not completing the work. National Police are calling for other victims of the two Spaniards to come forward.
One homeowner made 13 bank transfers but the dodgy duo didn’t begin the work for 3 months and when they did, they demolished a wall and left all the mess and rubble behind.
