The President of the PP for the Valencian Community is taking measures to address the rise in crime across the region. Crime has increased by 30 percent in Valencian Community with more than 20,550 offences reported in Alicante Province the first quarter of 2022 – a 27.5 percent increase on the previous year. This figure includes a concerning increase in murders and violent crime. One of the new measures is a ‘Security Table’ and increased channels of communication between the security forces.
