Dozens of dead fish have been found on the shoreline in Santiago de la Ribera. The fish were quickly removed by environmental officers, who claim it was a one-off occurrence.
The dead fish, thought to number about 200, could be a sign that once again all is not well in the waters of the Mar Menor, following warnings in April that the water quality was deteriorating.
