Three property promoters are standing trial for selling illegal house to British buyers at the Trampolin Hills development in Murcia. Many of the houses were built on rural land that was not owned by the property developer Hipocampo.
The owners of Hipocampo were jailed last autumn for defrauding a dozen British buyers over off-plan property sales.
