he Association of Hospitality Companies of Torrevieja and the Region is proud to present the fourth edition of its outstanding gastronomic event, Croquetiendo en Torrevieja! which will take place from Monday, May 13 to Sunday, May 19. Today, together with the president of the association, José Ignacio Pastor, members of the board of directors and the Councilor for Hospitality and Tourism, Rosario Martínez, this long-awaited celebration was presented.

This year, 17 associated establishments are coming together to offer a delicious variety of croquettes made especially for the occasion. From classic croquettes to more innovative and creative ones, lovers of this delicacy will be able to enjoy a wide diversity of flavors and textures, all for a price of 3 euros, which includes a drink.

But that's not all: each of these exquisite croquettes has participated in an exciting contest in which the three best will be chosen. The winners will be announced on May 20, at the CdT facilities in Torrevieja, adding a touch of competition and excitement to the event.
