Doctors Battle for Pay

The CSIF union has denounced the Regional Ministry of Health, claiming many health workers are being paid less than they were by the former private management company. CSIF points out that these amounts were on the payroll “despite not being reflected in their contracts.” and that the payrolls have been presented as supporting documentation. However, the Ministry of Health justifies the current pay amounts saying, “these are not reliable documents” and states that it ” will not continue paying them.”
