Local police in Orihuela Costa have removed more than 100 e-scooters abandoned in inconsiderate locations such as on the road, in the centre of the pavement, across access points or on crossings. There has been public outcry across the local community regarding the scooters being ‘dumped’ anywhere the user pleases and also about the lack of road knowledge and consideration e-scooters riders show pedestrians and vehicles.
