Emergency Helicopter Engineers Strike

Staff at Alicante helicopter company Babcock have held a short strike in support of a pay raise. This included workers responsible for repairing emergency, rescue and fire-fighting craft. The twenty-minute stoppages are set to continue until staff have answers to their questions over salaries and job security as the company faces the future under a new owner.
