New rules are to be introduced governing estate agents operating in the Valencian Community. The new legislation, which comes into force this month, will see estate agents having to be formally registered on the government database.
There are a number of requirements to registration including: professional training and certification, a business premises open to the public with a transparent complaints procedure, surety insurance to protect client money and public liability insurance.
