Events are to take place across Spain today to mark International Woman’s Day.
Talks, exhibitions and debates are to be held as well as marches demanding gender equality and an end to bias, stereotypes, and discrimination based on a persons sex.
Spain has been host to some of the worlds largest Women’s Day marches in recent years. In 2019 millions participated in a feminist general strike.
The theme for this years day is titled “Break the Bias”.
