A Belgian man has been arrested in Alicante after he travelled to Spain with his son. National Police detained the 50 year-old on a European Arrest Warrant following a dispute with his ex-wife who has custody of the child. The man had failed to return the boy to nursery school in April and instead fled the country with him.
