A blaze has torn through the ground floor of an Alicante apartment block, leaving 11 people in hospital. Among those injured is a 7 year-old girl and a 15 month-old baby. Two teenagers, aged 14 and 16 were admitted to Elda Hospital suffering the effects of severe smoke inhalation.
