The Public Prosecutor’s Office is requesting a five-year prison sentence for the crime of fraud by the manager of a local real estate agency. She is accused of taking more than 72,000 euros from clients in Formentera del Segura, for a house sale that never happened. The woman took a 10,000 euro deposit and then a further 62,000 euros under power of attorney.
