Further Local Healthcare Resignations Feared

A local healthcare platform is warning that more doctors are about to resign from the local area health authority (Health 22) due to long hours, extra shifts and general inconsiderate treatment. It is feared that coastal health centres and facilities will be hardest hit, with some GP’s already explaining to patients they just can’t carry on under the current conditions. The head of the Sanidad Excelente Platform is calling on the Regional President to urgently address the issue.
