Gastronomy Guide for Los Montesinos

Los Montesinos has designed a gastronomic guide based on citrus fruits and artichokes, which the town’s Mayor describes as the ‘star products of the land’. The recipes in the book have been created in collaboration with the Los Montesinos Catering and cooking college and the book includes cocktails, starters, mains and desserts for people to create at home.
