Guardia Civil in Segovia have launched an investigation after a bus driver was spotted using a mobile phone for making voice and video calls whilst driving his vehicle.
Officers have questioned a 33-year-old man in connection to videos posted on social media networks.
The driver was spotted last November using his phone by a passenger, and faces up to 2 years in prison and six years disqualification if found guilty.
