A new high-speed train link between Murcia and Orihuela is to begin testing, with the aim of the service transporting passengers towards the end of this year or early next. The tests will ensure the line is safe and secure and will be double checked by the State Railway Safety Agency.
Once approved, the line will allow passengers to travel to Madrid without having to change trains.
