There was an increase of 8.9 percent in house sales across the Valencian Community in July, which is one of the largest seen across the country. The figure is considerably more favourable than the 3 percent year-on-year increase shown at the national level. The price per square metre stood at 1,583 euros in the month, a year-on-year increase of 0.3 percent, according to the General Council of Notaries.
