House Buying Returns to Pre-pandemic Level

Official figures show that the number of non-Spanish buying houses across the Costa Blanca has returned to pre-pandemic levels.  Figures from the Association of Notaries shows that 21,458 homes were sold to foreigners in 2021 – just 4 percent less than in 2019.
