The Federation of Jewish Communities in Spain has called for a legal investigation into anti-Semitic comments made during a neo-Nazi demonstration in Madrid.
In videos published from the Blue Division march – named after troops sent by Franco to assist the Nazi’s in World War II – offensive comments from public speakers were recorded.
Around 300 neo-Nazis gathered in Madrid on Saturday waving flags and performing Nazi salutes.
Last year Spain joined the International Alliance for the Remembrance of the Holocaust.
