The government has said it will introduce measures to limit the retail prices of antigen testing kits for Covid-19.
Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez made the statement after shortages were reported last month in parts of the country.
The Ministry of Health has said that the omicron variant of the coronavirus represents nearly 62% of all covid infections in Spain.
