Local Police in Callosa de Segura have arrested a man who was caught red-handed stealing from inside a van. Officers surprised a 33-year-old man of Algerian nationality stealing from inside a van in the San Marcos neighbourhood. Other vehicles in the area had also been forced open. Police were alerted to the crime by a member of the public.
