The first case of Monkey Pox has been diagnosed in the Valencian Community. The infected person, detected in the Castellon Province, had visited an African country where Monkey Pox is found.
Local health centres have been put on alert across the region with details of symptoms to look for. More than 80 cases have been identified outside of Africa recently including 30 in the Madrid region.
