Torrevieja town hall has announced a plan to ‘eradicate’ mosquitoes across the ‘whole of the municipality’ after signing an emergency contact to tackle the plague of insects. The emergency contract will be activated when conditions reach a specific technical criteria based on the ideal conditions for mosquitoes to breed.
