A Neanderthal camp, dating back 120,000 years, has been found by archaeologists in Alicante Province. The discovery was made in Los Aljezares Natural Park. The find is unusual as it is an outdoor camp, with most discoveries relate to Neanderthal dwellings in caves. Very little is known about open settlements and outdoor living patterns.
