The tender process is underway for the building of a new multi-functional Civic Centre in Orihuela Costa. The proposed centre will be located near to Zenia Boulevard and Via Park II and is in response to on-going demand for the facility by the local community, groups and associations. An open-air auditorium with covered stage and a capacity for 2,000 people alongside rooms for courses, workshops and a gym are just some of the facilities being planned.
