New Stroke Prevention Technology

Torrevieja Hospital has incorporated a new device that allows treatment, through a minimally invasive catheter, to reduce the risk of suffering a stroke. The technology blocks abnormal communication between two heart chambers that can lead to a stroke. This improves the treatment patients, especially those who have suffered a stroke and are at risk of another.
