Landmark labour reform legislation has passed a vote in the Congress of Deputies by a knife edge, which will unlock billions of Euros in EU aid.
Passing by only one vote, the new laws reverse some of the business friendly regulations brought in by the Rajoy administration a decade ago. The repealing of the rules were agreed as part of the next phase of EU recovery funds.
