The Official College of Quantity Surveyors in Alicante has confirmed that the second quarter of 2022 saw a slowdown of real estate activity across the province compared to this time last year. The general stagnation has been attributed to the economic situation such as the costs of production and materials.
However, in contrast, the Vega Baja has seen a rise of 103 percent between April and June in comparison and looks healthy as it heads towards the third quarter.
