The Regional President, Ximo Puig, has visited the port development in Torrevieja saying that ‘the rehabilitation of the historic Customs building is an example of how public-private cooperation makes it possible to gain public space for the city and its thousands of visitors’. The old port is currently under-going a transformation into a leisure and commercial area.
