The Ministry of Transport has confirmed that Spain is to close it’s airspace to Russian aircraft following the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
In a message posted on social media on Sunday, they confirmed that Spain would be adopting the guidelines agreed across the European Union, and prohibit any Russian aircraft into Spanish airspace.
The UK, Germany, Italy, France and Canada are among the nations banning Russian aircraft from their airspace.
