Two Russian men were arrested in Torrevieja for beating a Ukrainian man in a bar in Calle La Sal, near Playa de Los Locos. The 43-year-old was punched and kicked and suffered a broken nose after the alleged attackers discovered his nationality.
The attack happened after the owner refused to serve the men as it was closing time. The victim, who has lived in Torrevieja for 23 years, reiterated the owner’s comments and was asked where he was from. The men pounced on him when he answered.
