Strange Thefts

A Cox town councillor has described a series of strange thefts that have plagued the town in recent weeks – the theft of public lighting and sewage covers. This has been particularly noticeable in an area that borders Callosa de Segura. Unfortunately, the holes in the pavements left by the missing covers are causing a danger to residents, who have stumbled and injured their legs and ankles. Police believe that the hatches are being sold as scrap.
