Three boats with 41 passengers onboard were intercepted off the coast of Torrevieja on Saturday night. People on board the craft included two 17-year-olds and one 16-year-old. They were intercepted by Maritime Rescue and transferred to the Red Cross in the port of Alicante.
These were not been the only boats that arrived over the last few days on the coasts of the province; migrant boats in Calpe, Altea and Benidorm brings the total to 94 people rescued.
