The opposition party in Torrevieja, Sueña, has warned that the City Council is going to face a budget deficit of 19 million euros after it has only collected 2.5 million euros of the 22 planned for capital gains tax. According to the group, this amount across the 12 months of 2022 makes 3.41 million collections, which will result in a deficit of 18.83 million on the budget.
