Torrevieja to Renovate 78 playgrounds

Today, Monday 29th August, sees the start of the renovation of 78 children’s play areas in the parks of Torrevieja. The contract, awarded in July to the company Benito Urban for 1,239,452 euros, has an execution period of just 6 months. For the first time, awnings are included in various play areas, floors will be made of bespoke non-slip, non-toxic and ecological rubber and all areas will have some type of inclusive game for children with different abilities.
