A campaign to detect turtles that might have walked across beaches in Elche to nest has been launched by the town hall and local ecologists for the second year running.
At the presentation on La Marina beach, a simulation illustrated how a nest would be protected and explained the steps to follow if anyone should find one of these animals or their tracks.
